Valrhona Chocolate Mousse

So while waiting for our crème brûlée to chill, we decided to make another dessert. I love chocolate mousse and I was surprised at how “healthy” it is compared to other desserts and how easy it is to make.

We adapted the recipe from La Tartine Gourmande, leaving out the tonka bean (what’s that?) and the white chocolate mousse part.
