Banana and strawberry smoothie

This is a simple and quick breakfast smoothie which I find more satisfying and healthier than just muesli and soy milk sometimes.

Ingredients – serves 2
8 strawberries (halved)
1 banana (sliced)
1 tbspoon of wheatgerm
1 glass of soy milk
1 large scoop of frozen yoghurt

Blend well and serve.
