Vegetarian Stuffed Mushrooms

I accidentally bought stuffing mushrooms instead of regular mushrooms and decided to put them to good use. It’s a welcome change from the usual cooking 😛 The recipe is entirely my own invention and I like it that it’s so healthy and good!

10 stuffing button mushrooms (just bigger than usual i guess)

4 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1/4 cup of grated parmesan
chopped parsley
some paprika
1/4 cup of panko breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon of wheatgerm
sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
2. Mix stuffing ingredients together
3. spoon stuffing into mushrooms and place on greased baking dish
4. drizzle extra virgin olive oil over mushrooms
5. bake for 15 minutes
6. remove from oven, drizzle extra virgin olive oil before serving.


This is my (Nietize’s) mom’s version of it in Singapore! She said it’s a brilliant recipe!
