Ham and spring greens broth

I can type the recipe here but I think it’s much better to let Jamie Oliver himself describe how it’s made!

This is a recipe that I would want to make again in London because we had to substitute a number of the ingredients such as the ham hock, the spring cabbages, the cavolo nero and the purple sprouting broccoli. I think it will taste completely different with these ingredients. That’s not to say that the use of pork shoulder and normal cabbages doesn’t work; it tastes wonderful with the natural flavours of the vegetables but I am just curious as to the differences.
